Bradley Heinrich
Founder/Chief Executive Officer
Bradley Heinrich is the Founder and CEO of Rockford Structures and RSCC Group, a renowned construction and development company based in Machesney Park, Illinois. Since taking the helm in 1973, Bradley has led the company with unwavering dedication, transforming it into a leading force in the construction and commercial development industry.
Under Bradley’s leadership, Rockford Structures and RSCC Group has consistently delivered exceptional results, earning a reputation for excellence and reliability. His extensive experience and deep understanding of the construction field and real estate have guided the company through various challenges, enabling it to thrive and adapt to the ever-evolving industry landscape.

Nathan Heinrich
President
In 1992, Nathan started in the field and learned the commercial construction business from the ground up. After graduating from Rock Valley College, he began estimating and managing projects while learning the art of marketing from his father, Brad. He has been managing sales since 2004 and is responsible for extensively widening our client base. He has a talent for grasping the client’s needs from the first meeting through the completion of the project. Nathan has worked with RSCC Group to implement advanced technology with quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Jonathan Thompson
In-house Attorney
Jonathan Thompson serves as In-house Attorney at RSCC Group, where he brings over 15 years of comprehensive legal and business experience to support the company’s complex real estate transactions and development initiatives. Since joining RSCC Group in 2024, Jonathan has been instrumental in negotiating and drafting comprehensive real estate contracts, including Purchase and Sale Agreements, leases, Subordination, Non-Disturbance, and Attornment Agreements, and estoppels, while also negotiating re-development agreements with municipalities. His role extends beyond traditional legal counsel as he actively presents projects in front of municipal boards and provides strategic in-house legal advice on real estate transactions.
Jonathan earned his Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School and holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Illinois State University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He is a licensed attorney in Illinois and has been recognized as one of Central Illinois’ 40 Under 40 professionals. His unique background combines legal expertise with hands-on operational experience, having previously served as General Manager & Counsel at Tabling Development Company where he oversaw operations with two direct reports and 30+ sub-contractors while directing projects with a total budget of $20MM.
From 2009 to 2017, Jonathan founded and operated Jon Thompson Law in Champaign, Illinois, where he provided leadership to six direct reports and authored and negotiated complex real estate documents including purchase agreements, commercial leases, easements, and development agreements. His professional skill set encompasses experience in complex real estate transactions, development agreements, land use matters, and conducting due diligence, title review, and risk assessment for real estate transactions. This diverse background enables Jonathan to provide RSCC Group with both legal acumen and practical business insight essential for successful real estate development and investment strategies.
